Having spent 5 years in advertising, where he progressed from an intern to account director, Lionel has managed both regional and local businesses under brands such as Procter & Gamble and McDonald’s. A rookie restaurateur, he took a stab in the F&B industry in 2015, where he got to witness the struggles of running a young business through the eyes of his business partners. The ensuing motivation to bring his experience in brand communications to smaller businesses is what gets him out of bed every morning – and the conception of Playmakers.
